Sealed bids shall be submitted electronically through the online e-procurement platform. All sealed Bids will be opened electronically and declared publicly at Calleguas’ main office, at 2100 E. Olsen Rd, Thousand Oaks, California 91360. Bidders, their representatives, and other interested parties are invited to be present at the opening, either in person or via teleconference at:

All requests for information or clarification shall be submitted electronically through the Vendor Discussions section within the e-procurement system. No questions will be answered after 5:00 pm seven Calendar days in advance of the bid opening date.
