Tricia Ferguson

Manager of Human Resources and Risk Management

Tricia Ferguson serves as the Manager of Human Resources and Risk Management for the Calleguas Municipal Water District. She joined Calleguas in 2008 in a part-time role providing administrative support to the Engineering Department. She later transitioned into a full-time position within the Operations and Maintenance Division, where she held several roles encompassing supervisory leadership, purchasing and contract management, as well as warehouse and fleet operations.  She remains dedicated to serving wherever she is needed.

Deeply committed to Calleguas’s mission of ensuring a reliable water supply for the residents of Ventura County, she believes every employee plays a vital role in the District’s success and takes great pride in being part of the Calleguas team.

She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Pepperdine University and a master’s degree in public policy and administration from California Lutheran University.
