ULTRA LOW-FLUSH TOILET REBATE PROGRAM

 

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

It is important for everyone to aid in the conservation of our most important resource, water. Therefore, your local water suppliers are asking you to participate in this water conservation program.

The Ventura County Water Works District, in conjunction with Calleguas Municipal Water District and the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, is offering a monetary rebate for your old (toilets that were manufactured before 1992), water guzzling toilet. Simply replace your old toilet that typically uses 3-5 gallons per flush with a new Ultra Low-Flush Toilet that uses a maximum of 1.6 gallons per flush and we will issue a rebate of $60 per toilet (up to two toilets per household). A total of 400 rebates are available. Customers living in single family residences or individually metered multi-family residences are eligible for the rebate.

 

 

PROGRAM PROCEDURES

  1. Contact the Ventura County Water Works District at (805) 584-4835 and obtain a reservation number.
  2. Write your reservation number in the space provided below.
  3. Purchase your Ultra Low-Flush Toilet.
  4. Fill out information requested below.
  5. Install your new toilet and arrange to have your old toilet recycled.
  6. Detach and return the bottom portion of this flyer with the original copy of your purchase receipt and recycling receipt to the Ventura County Water Works District, P.O. Box 250, Moorpark, CA 93020. Receipts will be returned upon request.
