Calleguas operates an extensive wholesale potable water system and four relatively small non-potable water systems. The District’s 2006 Master Plan addresses three challenges: meeting projected growth in purveyor demand; firming supplies against drought and emergency, and; planning and budgeting for aging infrastructure replacements and upgrades.
