Calleguas MWD - Water Projects

Growth in population and business in southeast Ventura County requires ongoing construction of storage facilities, pipelines, pump stations and other infrastructure to accommodate increasing demand for water. The Capital Construction Charge is an impact fee on development that provides roughly one third of the necessary funding for expansion of Calleguas facilities.
