Since his selection as general manager of the Calleguas Municipal Water District in 1992, Dr. Kendall has proven to be a prominent voice and effective leader in the water supply industry.  Under his guidance, Calleguas has made significant inroads to resolving a variety of water management issues on both local and regional levels.  His efforts center on three primary objectives: enhancing supply reliability, maintaining high water quality, and stabilizing rates for Ventura County water users.
